We want you to be fully satisfied with your Cornerstone purchase. Because our products are made on demand through our fulfilment partner, Printful, our return process follows industry‑standard print‑on‑demand guidelines.

Returns for Buyer’s Remorse

As our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Preference‑based returns

Please check our Size Guide before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at cornerstonewearuk@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

Lost Packages

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us. Printful will investigate and replace lost packages when confirmed by the carrier.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • A replacement cannot be provided
  • The item is out of stock
  • The issue is deemed unresolvable by Printful

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please place a new order.
