How to Measure Yourself

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level and relaxed.
Length
Measure from the highest point of your shoulder down to where you want the garment to sit.
Sleeve Length
Measure from the top of your shoulder down to your wrist bone.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, just above your hips.
