Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is unworn and unwashed
• The item is in its original condition
• You received the wrong item or a defective item

Made-to-Order Items

Because every product is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size ordered

If you’re unsure about sizing, please check our Size Guide before ordering.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no cost. Just contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue.
